Pros: I've enjoyed my time as a Software Engineer at DigitalXNode. The company culture is fantastic; everyone's supportive and collaborative. Great opportunities exist for learning new technologies and career development. The hybrid work setup helps maintain a good work-life balance in this stable tech industry.
Cons: Approval processes can be slow, occasionally delaying projects. Improving cross-departmental communication would also be beneficial. Minor points.

Leadership at DigitalXNode needs some work
Pros: My direct manager was actually pretty good, super supportive for us as Software Engineers. We get solid resources for professional development within our software development tracks, which is nice.
Cons: Upper management can feel pretty disconnected from the ground level. There's often a lack of clear direction from the top, which makes things tough for the remote teams. It's a big tech company, but sometimes communication breaks down.
