Pros: I liked the decent hybrid work options, especially for software engineering roles in the Austin, TX office. It's usually possible to stick to a 40-hour week if you're good at setting boundaries.
Cons: However, project deadlines can get really intense, especially during big pushes for new identity solutions. The corporate environment means some things move slowly, then suddenly everything is urgent, hurting work-life balance.
Advice to Management: Management should really try to protect engineering teams from constant scope creep. Realistic planning helps a lot with employee morale and burnout.

Pros: I've found the work-life balance for a Software Engineer here pretty decent. Most weeks are a consistent 40 hours. The hybrid model in our Austin, Texas office is a real plus for WFH days.
Cons: Sometimes during big sprints for new access control systems, things get a bit crazy. There are occasional after-hours calls because of global teams. It's not always easy to get last-minute time off.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage cross-timezone communications to avoid late-night pings. More flexibility on spontaneous personal time would be great.

Pros: I like the hybrid work model here. As a Software Engineer, I can split my time between the Irvine, CA office and working from home, which is good for my commute. It's nice not to be fully onsite every day.
Cons: Work flexibility can be team-dependent. Some teams have more strict in-office requirements than others. It's not truly remote-first, which can be tough sometimes if you need to be fully WFH for a few days.
Advice to Management: Standardize the hybrid policy across all departments and be clearer about remote work options.
