Pros: It's a solid place to get your foot in the door if you're new to the BPO industry. The teams in the Manila office are pretty supportive, and you learn a lot about client operations. The hybrid work model is a nice perk too.
Cons: Career growth as a Service Delivery Coordinator is tough; there aren't many clear paths to move up. You don't get much formal training for new skills, so you're mostly on your own. Pay increases year-over-year are also pretty minimal.
Advice to Management: Please invest more in structured career development plans and ongoing skills training for employees in client services roles. It would really help with employee retention and morale.

Cons: Career growth is really slow for Senior Accountant roles; there just aren't many opportunities to move up. You often feel pigeonholed into specific accounting tasks without much chance to learn new skills. This can be tough for long-term career development in the BPO industry.
Advice to Management: Management needs to create clearer career paths and offer more internal promotion opportunities, especially for experienced professionals in the BPO operations. Invest in upskilling programs beyond basic accounting tasks to retain talent.
