Pros: The biggest pro is the chance to work remotely from Manila. As an Operations Associate, I got to learn a lot about different international client processes, which is good for career growth in the BPO industry. The teams are usually pretty supportive.
Cons: The work-life balance, especially for client-facing roles, can be tough. It's common to work more than 40 hours a week if your client has urgent demands or if you're in a US time zone, which can eat into your personal time. It's hard to really switch off sometimes.
