Okay culture, but definitely a big corporate place.
Pros: I liked the job security you get with a big company like this. My team in the Dallas office was mostly supportive, and we had a decent hybrid work setup that helped with my work-life balance. Benefits for IT infrastructure roles were solid.
Cons: The company culture can feel really bureaucratic. There's a lot of red tape, and decisions take forever, which is tough for innovation. It's hard to feel like your voice matters much when you're just one small part of a huge organization.
Advice to Management: Try to empower individual teams more. Reduce some of the hoops people have to jump through for basic projects. Focus on fostering a more modern, agile company culture.

Hybrid model is okay, but could be better
Pros: As a Software Engineer, I appreciate the hybrid work model here. We get to work from home three days a week, which is nice. It really helps with the brutal San Jose commute.
Cons: The two mandatory office days can feel a bit rigid sometimes. Often you're in the corporate tech office just for meetings you could easily take remotely. There's not much flexibility beyond that set schedule.
Advice to Management: Listen to teams about how they actually use office time. Make the required office days more purposeful for collaboration, or offer more choice in the hybrid schedule.
