Entry-level tech support, slow career progression
Pros: The **remote work** setup is a huge plus, making it easy to manage your day. It's a solid place to get initial experience in **technical support** if you're just starting out in the **BPO industry**. The initial training is pretty comprehensive too.
Cons: The biggest issue is definitely **career progression** for **customer service representative** roles. There's not much room to move up or diversify your skills, so it feels like you hit a ceiling fast. Leadership doesn't really push for internal promotions often.
Advice to Management: Invest more in skills training and create clearer paths for **entry-level customer support** to advance. It would really help with retention.
