Pros: As a Frontend Developer, my direct manager was genuinely helpful and understood the technical challenges. There's good work flexibility for remote staff, which is a big plus for work-life balance.
Cons: Upper management often seems pretty out of touch with what's happening on the ground. Decisions come down that don't always align with our team's reality. It's tough when there's a lack of clear direction from the corporate level.
Advice to Management: Senior leadership needs to get more connected with the day-to-day operations and individual contributor challenges. Better communication on company strategy would really help everyone stay aligned.
