Pros: I did appreciate the hybrid model; it wasn't full-time in the office. As a Project Coordinator, I could work from home two days a week, which was a good start. It's nice not commuting every single day in Austin, TX.
Cons: Honestly, true remote work options are tough to get unless you're senior. For entry-level Project Coordinator roles, you're expected in the office a lot. The flexibility felt limited sometimes when I needed more WFH days.
Advice to Management: Consider allowing more remote days for roles that don't require constant onsite presence. Trust your teams more.
