Pros: It's a pretty stable company in the payment processing industry. You get decent exposure to different payment gateway integrations, which is good for technical skills. The team in the Manila office is generally supportive.
Cons: Career growth is really tough for software engineer roles here. There aren't many opportunities to move up or take on bigger projects, it's pretty flat. I felt my skills started to stagnate after a while.
Advice to Management: Invest more in career development paths for technical roles. Provide clearer opportunities for promotion and upskilling to retain talent.
