Pros: The team in the Makati City office is generally supportive and you do learn a lot about real estate development very quickly. There's a decent benefits package once you're established in project coordinator roles.
Cons: Work-life balance is tough for project coordinator roles. Expect to put in a lot of overtime, sometimes weekends, which makes it hard to disconnect after hours. True work flexibility isn't really an option.
Advice to Management: Management needs to address the long working hours, especially for junior staff in real estate development. Implement clearer boundaries and encourage true time off to improve work-life balance for everyone.
