Pros: As a Software Engineer, I really liked the hybrid model. I could WFH a couple days a week which was super helpful. They offer remote work for some positions, which is a big plus for a company in the real estate software industry.
Cons: Work flexibility isn't consistent across all departments. Some managers push for more onsite time at the Solon, Ohio office, even when it's not strictly necessary. It feels a bit old-school sometimes, not like a modern PropTech company.
Advice to Management: Please standardize remote and hybrid policies across all engineering teams. Make sure managers support WFH when possible for your employees.
