Decent Flexibility, But Varies By Team
Pros: There's good personal appointment flexibility, which is helpful. Remote work is a real option for us in IT consulting roles, so that's a plus. It's solid for a mid-sized tech company.
Cons: Actual work-from-home depends too much on your specific manager's vibe. As a Solutions Architect, you're sometimes expected in the Atlanta, GA office even when onsite isn't crucial. It feels inconsistent across the board.
Advice to Management: Standardize remote work policies. It's tough when some teams get full flexibility and others are pushed for more onsite time, especially when it's not client-facing. Make it fair for everyone in IT consulting.

Decent WFH but could be better at NiCE
Pros: They do offer some WFH days, which is good. As a Software Engineer, I appreciate the chance to avoid daily commutes sometimes. It's a pretty standard hybrid model for the IT industry.
Cons: The flexibility isn't totally consistent, though. Sometimes, getting approval for fully remote work, even temporarily, is tough. It feels like the policy changes often for the European team.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize remote work policies across regions. More clarity on WFH options would help employees plan better, especially for technical roles.

Decent Flexibility, But You'll Work Hard
Pros: I really appreciate the remote work setup here. It's great for work-life balance, and they don't micromanage your hours much, which is a huge plus for software roles.
Cons: Sometimes the project deadlines for monitoring solutions can be super tight, which eats into that flexibility. It's not a true 40-hour week every time, especially when client demands ramp up.
Advice to Management: Try to smooth out the project load a bit for the engineering teams. More predictable schedules would really help with employee retention and overall work-life balance.
