Pretty Solid Job Security for BPO Roles
Pros: They're a big outsourcing company, so there's always work. As a Customer Service Representative, I felt pretty secure in my role in the Taguig office. Even during slow times, you don't really worry about getting cut.
Cons: Growth can feel slow, though. It's not always easy to move up from an entry-level position here. Sometimes the hours can be tough, especially for night shifts in the call center.
Advice to Management: Focus more on creating clear career paths for agents. It would really help with employee morale and retention. Investing in skills training for advancement would also be good.

Cons: While secure, the constant client acquisition means the workload can ramp up fast. You might get sudden shift changes or new demands, making work-life balance tough in the onsite Manila office.
Advice to Management: Try to manage workload better when new client contracts come in. Support the onsite teams in Manila to prevent burnout, especially for Customer Service Representative staff.

Decent Starter Pay for BPO Roles
Pros: The starting pay is decent for someone new to the BPO industry, especially as a Customer Service Representative in Manila. They provide standard HMO benefits which is a big plus. Paychecks are always on time, which is important.
Cons: Salary increases are pretty slow, even with good performance reviews. Overtime pay can be a bit complicated to track and sometimes feels undervalued for the effort. Don't expect huge bonuses unless you're in a very specific call center role.
