Pros: They're a big outsourcing company, so there's always work. As a Customer Service Representative, I felt pretty secure in my role in the Taguig office. Even during slow times, you don't really worry about getting cut.
Cons: Growth can feel slow, though. It's not always easy to move up from an entry-level position here. Sometimes the hours can be tough, especially for night shifts in the call center.
Advice to Management: Focus more on creating clear career paths for agents. It would really help with employee morale and retention. Investing in skills training for advancement would also be good.
