Culture is a bit mixed, okay for BPO
Pros: You get solid training as a new customer service representative, which is great for anyone starting in the BPO industry. The work environment in the Manila office is pretty standard and felt secure enough. The pay and benefits are decent for the sector.
Cons: The company culture itself can feel a bit distant; there aren't many team events or opportunities to really connect with coworkers outside of tasks. Sometimes it feels like feedback doesn't really go anywhere, which can be frustrating.
Advice to Management: Invest more in team engagement and listen to employee feedback to build a stronger team culture. A few more social activities could really help morale in the customer service teams.

Decent Starter Pay for BPO Roles
Pros: The starting pay is decent for someone new to the BPO industry, especially as a Customer Service Representative in Manila. They provide standard HMO benefits which is a big plus. Paychecks are always on time, which is important.
Cons: Salary increases are pretty slow, even with good performance reviews. Overtime pay can be a bit complicated to track and sometimes feels undervalued for the effort. Don't expect huge bonuses unless you're in a very specific call center role.
Advice to Management: Review the salary progression and make it clearer for Customer Service Representatives. Better incentives for performance could really boost morale.

Solid Job Security, But Watch for Overload
Pros: You feel secure here. They've got a lot of clients, so there's always work for Customer Service Representative roles. Job security for this BPO industry is generally high, even with market changes.
Cons: While secure, the constant client acquisition means the workload can ramp up fast. You might get sudden shift changes or new demands, making work-life balance tough in the onsite Manila office.
Advice to Management: Try to manage workload better when new client contracts come in. Support the onsite teams in Manila to prevent burnout, especially for Customer Service Representative staff.

Pretty Solid Job Security for BPO Roles
Pros: They're a big outsourcing company, so there's always work. As a Customer Service Representative, I felt pretty secure in my role in the Taguig office. Even during slow times, you don't really worry about getting cut.
Cons: Growth can feel slow, though. It's not always easy to move up from an entry-level position here. Sometimes the hours can be tough, especially for night shifts in the call center.
Advice to Management: Focus more on creating clear career paths for agents. It would really help with employee morale and retention. Investing in skills training for advancement would also be good.
