Pros: I've definitely learned a lot about different Oracle modules and cloud integration projects. As an Oracle Cloud Consultant, you get hands-on experience quickly. The remote work flexibility is also a solid perk.
Cons: Career growth is tough here, especially for mid-level roles. There's not a clear path for advancement within the company. I felt a bit stuck with the same tasks, and opportunities to lead projects were rare.
Advice to Management: Management needs to create clearer career paths and invest more in employee development programs. Give people more opportunities to take on leadership roles and new responsibilities.
