Good Place to Grow as a Software Engineer
Pros: I've really enjoyed my time here as a Software Engineer. The team is super supportive, and I've learned a ton working on interesting projects in the software development industry. It feels like a pretty stable environment, which is great, and there are always opportunities to pick up new skills and contribute meaningfully. Colleagues are always ready to help out.
Cons: Sometimes the internal communication could be a bit clearer, especially on larger project timelines. Also, the promotion process can feel a little slow at times. It's not a deal-breaker, but something I've noticed.
