Good Environment for Digital Marketing Growth
Pros: I've really appreciated the learning opportunities at FULL Creative. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, I've explored many campaigns and technologies. The marketing team is super supportive; senior colleagues share knowledge willingly. It's a great place to grow your skills in the digital services industry.
Cons: Career progression sometimes isn't transparent, requiring proactive effort. Peak seasons can be very busy, which is common in our industry.
Advice to Management: Improving clarity around career paths and growth frameworks would be beneficial for employees looking to advance.

Decent Pay, Benefits Need Work
Pros: The base salary is pretty good for a Digital Marketing Specialist in the creative services industry. I felt fairly compensated for my day-to-day work. It's a decent offer from a mid-sized agency.
Cons: The benefits package isn't great, though. Health insurance premiums are kinda high, and there's no real paid parental leave. For a remote role, you'd hope for better perks like a WFH stipend.
Advice to Management: Please review the benefits structure, especially health insurance and parental leave. Improving these would make the company much more attractive for talent in the creative services space.

Virtual Assistant

Remote Virtual Assistant Life at FULL Creative
Pros: For `Virtual Assistant` roles, the `remote` setup offers good `WFH` flexibility. I generally stick to a 40-hour work week which is great for personal time.
Cons: Sometimes clients expect immediate responses, which can blur work-life boundaries. It's tough to fully disconnect when you're in the `digital support services` industry.
Advice to Management: Provide VAs with more tools or training to set clear boundaries with clients. This would really help improve `work-life balance` across the board.
