Pros: Job security is solid here. As a Production Supervisor, my shifts were consistent, which makes planning life easier once you get used to it. The company offers decent benefits for its employees.
Cons: Work flexibility is pretty low. You're mostly onsite, especially in core manufacturing roles. There's almost no WFH option, even for some engineering positions in the Coimbatore office. It's a very traditional company.
Advice to Management: Consider exploring more hybrid options for non-production and office staff. Modernizing work arrangements could help retain talent in a competitive market.

Pros: You learn a lot about pump manufacturing and heavy machinery here. Some senior managers are really experienced and genuinely want you to succeed. The job security feels solid for onsite roles.
Cons: Leadership here can be a bit old-school; they aren't always open to new ideas for production efficiency. Communication from top management often feels delayed or unclear, especially for us Production Supervisors on the floor. It sometimes feels like a very traditional corporate structure.
Advice to Management: Try to be more open to feedback from floor-level supervisors. Better communication about company goals would help everyone feel more aligned and improve the overall employee experience.

Pros: As a Manufacturing Engineer, I've always felt secure in my role here in the Coimbatore facility. It's a family-owned company, so they tend to really value long-term employees, which is good for job security.
Cons: While job security is high, career growth isn't always super fast. There's not a lot of work flexibility either, it's mostly onsite work, typical for a manufacturing environment.
Advice to Management: Consider creating more defined career paths for technical roles like Manufacturing Engineers. This could really help with employee retention and motivation.
