Job Security is Decent for a Growing Startup
It's a pretty okay place to work, especially if you're fine with the startup pace. Not super secure, but not on shaky ground either.
For a mid-size e-commerce startup, Barosi actually offers decent job security. They don't seem to do sudden layoffs often. As a Marketing Coordinator, my day-to-day felt stable here.
Still, it's a startup in the consumer goods industry, so things can change fast. There isn't much long-term visibility beyond a year or so. You really have to stay adaptable, especially with remote work.
Try to communicate future plans more clearly. It helps with employee retention and reduces anxiety.
