Pay is okay, but benefits need work
Working at Barosi had its ups and downs, especially regarding the compensation package. The pay is alright for the day-to-day, but don't expect much in terms of extra benefits or future security.
The base salary for a Sales Associate is decent for the Mumbai market. You get paid on time, which isn't always a given in the FMCG sector. They cover basic health insurance, which is fine.
Beyond the basics, there's not much. The bonus structure for sales roles isn't very clear or competitive. I've seen better provident fund matching at other companies. There's no real long-term incentive.
Revisit the compensation packages, especially for sales roles. A clear bonus structure and better provident fund contributions would really help with retention in the competitive food and beverage industry.
