Pros: I've found Legrand to be a really stable place to work, which is great for job security in the electrical manufacturing industry. I also appreciate the opportunities to work on interesting projects and learn new technologies within product development.
Cons: While the pay is competitive, I've noticed that the promotion process can feel a bit slow sometimes, which might be a drawback if you're looking for rapid career acceleration. Also, like any large company, there's a fair bit of bureaucracy and approval steps for new initiatives, which can occasionally slow things down.

Pros: For an electrical manufacturing company, the hybrid model is okay. It offers some WFH days, which is helpful for Project Engineer tasks. It gives you a little break from the office commute.
Cons: It's hard to get full remote work, even for roles where it makes sense. They're pretty strict about being onsite most of the week in the West Hartford, CT office. My team had trouble getting approvals for extra flexibility when we needed it.
