Cons: Sometimes project deadlines can get a bit tight, making it tough to truly disconnect. There's not much flexibility for shifting core hours, so WFH still means being online during standard business hours.
Advice to Management: Try to build in more buffer time for machine learning projects to reduce last-minute stress. Maybe offer more flexibility for remote employees outside of core hours.
