Pros: Working for a well-known name in the remote connectivity software space definitely helps with a feeling of stability. As a Technical Support Specialist, there's always a need for help, and the company is pretty established. They're not a startup, so there's less volatility than smaller tech companies.
Cons: Job security really depends on your performance metrics. If you miss your KPIs for a couple of quarters, you'll feel the pressure. There have been some internal reorganizations in other departments, which makes everyone a bit nervous, even for us in the Tampa, FL office.
Advice to Management: Try to be more transparent about company direction and potential changes. It helps reduce anxiety and improve morale, especially when people are worried about their roles in this SaaS industry.
