Solid Company Culture for Banking Pros
Pros: The team I'm on is super collaborative. That makes a huge difference day-to-day. You get good benefits, and there's decent job security in financial services. Plus, the hybrid setup in the Toronto office is a big win for work-life balance.
Cons: Decisions can take forever, which is just how it is in corporate banking. There's definitely some bureaucracy that slows things down. For a Financial Analyst, genuine career growth sometimes feels like you have to really push for it.
