Pay's Okay, Benefits Need a Boost, Especially for WFH
Pros: For an EdTech startup, the base pay for Content Creator roles isn't terrible, especially starting out. They do offer some basic health coverage, which is solid. The WFH stipend is a nice touch too.
Cons: The salary growth feels slow here, even for experienced folks. Benefits like retirement matching or really good dental plans just aren't competitive with bigger tech companies. I felt underpaid compared to other learning technology platforms.
Advice to Management: Management should seriously look at boosting overall compensation packages, not just base salaries. Better retirement plans and a more comprehensive benefits suite would help retain talent, especially for remote roles in this competitive EdTech space.

Fast-paced but unclear path for career growth
Pros: You get hands-on experience quickly, especially as a Product Manager in the EdTech industry. I've learned a ton about scaling SaaS platforms and working with a lean team. It's good exposure to different product areas.
Cons: Career growth feels really informal, almost non-existent. There aren't many opportunities for promotion or even clear skill development paths. It's tough to see what's next for senior roles, even with a hybrid work model.
Advice to Management: Please build out more structured career ladders and development programs. People want to know what it takes to grow here, especially for core roles like Product Management.
