Sales Execution
- Manage active opportunities after qualified first meetings
- Keep HubSpot updated with stages, next steps, blockers, and key stakeholders
- Prepare concise deal updates for GTM standup
- Maintain activity docs, meeting summaries, and follow-ups
- Identify stalled deals and drive next actions
Customer Meetings & Follow-Up
- Drive customer meetings socially and capture notes/action items
- Prepare stakeholder and company research before meetings
- Draft follow-up emails and meeting recaps
- Support presentation updates and customer-specific materials
- Coordinate proposal, pricing summary, and SoW preparation
Strategic Account Support
- Research active accounts and expansion opportunities
- Track customer engagement and internal champions
- Coordinate customer requests internally with engineering and leadership
- Support conference meetings and post-event follow-ups
SDR Need-to-Knows

- Basics of robotics/Physical AI workflows
- HubSpot pipeline management
