We are looking for a proactive individual who is energized by driving prospects to appointments. You will work directly with our Account Executive to identify targets (i.e. outbound), set up email campaigns, follow up on targets, and maybe even close/win sales.
We are building a sales and marketing engine, which means that we’re starting to lose track of targets. The ideal person in this role will be very proactive, have perfect written English, is creative, and can easily consider the wider picture of a sale: I.e. that it’s not just to close the deal today but is the start of a long-term relationship.
Some examples of the work you’ll do:
- Lead Sourcing: Use diverse sources, including databases and networking platforms, to secure high-quality leads.
- Pipeline Development: Actively identify and qualify a steady flow of leads that match our target market.
- Drip Campaigns: Craft and execute strategic drip campaigns to optimize prospect engagement and conversion rates.
- Technical Email Management: Manage the backend of email outreach, like domain warming, email cycling, and sequence setup.
- Follow-Up: Engage prospects consistently via email, phone, and LinkedIn to maintain high response levels.
- CRM Proficiency: Skillfully manage prospect data in CRM systems like Pipedrive and HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and detailed tracking.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule potential client meetings for Account Executives to facilitate advanced discussions.
- Track Metrics: We are data-driven. If you dislike data or expect someone else to build dashboards for you, this is the wrong role for you
- TLDR: you’re going to own the sales process (and the success thereof). This should scare you but also excite you!
Qualifications/Skills:
- Sales Development: 2+ years (Required).
- US Market Sales: 2+ years (Required).
- You must have experience in generating a huge volume of qualified leads. Bonus points if you can close them as well.
- Proven Track record of being an amazing appointment setter!
- Bonus points if you have sold SaaS technology products to startup founders.
- Excellent English language proficiency.
- Experience with a variety of CRMs.
- Comfort using outbound campaign tools.
- Enjoyment being on the cutting edge of technology - how can we leverage technology to leap ahead of our competitors?
- Self-driven. If you are not going to push yourself, do not apply.
- Smart, detail-oriented, a multi-tasker with GREAT communication skills!
- Experience and comfort using the following is ideal but not required: PipeDrive, ClickUp, and Gmail.
- You are comfortable (and enjoy) working US business hours.

Compensation:
- Latin America: $800-$3,000 USD per month total compensation (base and commission, assuming a strong performer)
- India: $200-$2,500 USD per month total compensation (base and commission, assuming a strong performer)
- Philippines: $800-$3,000 USD per month total compensation (base and commission, assuming a strong performer)
- United States: $2,000-$8,000 USD per month total compensation (base and commission, assuming a strong performer)
