Are you a relentless, high-energy outbound sales professional who lives for the chase and knows how to get business owners on the phone? Veta Virtual is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) โ€“ B2B for one of our clients in the Home Services Marketing industry. If you are a proven cold caller and appointment setter who is hungry, coachable, and ready to earn what you're truly worth โ€” this role was built for you.


๐Ÿ”‘ Your Role:


You'll join our client's outbound sales team targeting home-services business owners across the U.S. โ€” roofing, HVAC, plumbing, garage doors, electrical, and landscaping. Your mission: fill the calendar with qualified, high-intent consultations for the closing team across our client's core services โ€” websites, local SEO, CRM automation, GoHighLevel software, AI development, and hosting solutions. You own everything before the close. Your day-to-day will involve:


  • Executing high-volume multi-channel outbound prospecting โ€” cold calling (50โ€“70 dials/day), personalized cold email sequences (100+ touches/day), LinkedIn outreach, SMS, and Facebook group engagement targeting U.S. home-services business owners.
  • Qualifying every prospect using BANT criteria before booking โ€” only confirmed-fit, decision-maker-verified opportunities land on the closer's calendar.
  • Managing a clean, organized pipeline daily in GoHighLevel (GHL), tagging every contact by vertical, source, channel, and stage.
  • Booking consultations directly into closers' calendars and sending confirmation and reminder sequences to maintain show rates above 70%.
  • Delivering a sharp pre-call brief in the CRM for every booked appointment so the closer walks in fully prepared.
  • Submitting daily activity logs and participating in weekly pipeline reviews to hit and exceed your KPIs consistently.


โœ… What You'll Need:


  • 2+ years of B2B cold outbound experience as an SDR, appointment setter, or outbound sales rep selling to U.S. small business owners.
  • Neutral or near-neutral U.S. accent and professional written English โ€” you will be cold calling American business owners every single day.
  • Comfort making 50+ cold calls daily and handling rejection without losing momentum โ€” this is a hunter role, not an order-taker role.
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM โ€” GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is a strong plus.
  • Reliable home office setup: business-class headset, 50+ Mbps internet with backup hotspot, quiet workspace, dual monitors preferred.
  • Self-managed and KPI-driven โ€” you track your own numbers, hold yourself accountable, and don't need to be chased.
  • Bonus: experience selling to home-services contractors or marketing/SaaS/digital agency services.
  • Bonus: familiarity with Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or OpenPhone/Aircall.
  • Coachable, curious, and composed โ€” you act on feedback fast, ask questions before pitching, and stay professional under pressure.
  • This role is open only for candidates based in Latin America & Europe.
