Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor?s Degree in any field (a Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing is a significant advantage).?
- Must hold a valid Prc Real Estate Salesperson (Res) license,?
- A valid Prc Real Estate Broker (REB) license is an advantage.?
- Must be accredited by the Dhsud
- Filipino Citizen
- At least 5 years of extensive experience in real estate sales.?
- Must have a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role (e.g., as a Unit Manager or equivalent) with direct responsibility for multiple teams.?
- A proven and stellar track record of consistently exceeding division-level sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.?
- Demonstrated experience in large-scale team building, strategic planning, and business development
