IT Associate Helpdesk, Hardware & Software Support

  • Provide daily end-user support and troubleshooting (onsite and remote)
  • Maintain IT inventory, tag assets, and prepare workstations (e.g., desktops, laptops)
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding, including user account setup and device configuration
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripherals
  • Perform first-level hardware and software diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Conduct regular checks on Live room PCs and shared equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Coordinate with IT Officers for escalated support cases and system-related issues
  • Perform software installations, updates, and license checks as needed
  • Support routine preventive maintenance and asset audits
  • Update internal documentation for support procedures and user guides
  • Assist in physical LAN cable deployment, termination, and testing under the guidance of IT Officer
  • Provide on-site technical support during MCN (Live Broadcast) events, including equipment setup and live monitoring

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related course
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and IT support processes
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php 20,000.00 - Php 25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
