Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, printers, telephone
systems, and security cameras.
Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and related IT infrastructure.
Respond promptly to IT service requests and technical issues.
Provide technical support to head office employees and project sites, either in person, over the
phone, or through remote support tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic server-related issues.
Manage user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions.
Repair, replace, and upgrade IT equipment as necessary.
Prepare and process requests for computers, printers, components, peripherals, and other ITrelated equipment required by the company.
Coordinate with suppliers and service providers regarding warranty claims, repairs, and
maintenance of IT assets.
Conduct user training and provide guidance on newly installed software and systems.
Perform physical troubleshooting and maintenance of IT and communication infrastructure,
including telephone lines, cabling, wall sockets, floor cabling, patch panels, and handsets.
Maintain and update the company's IT asset inventory.
Travel to project sites as required to provide technical support and perform IT-related tasks.
Ensure proper documentation of IT issues, resolutions, equipment inventory, and maintenance
activities.
Perform additional duties as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
One (1) Year Of Relevant Work Experience Is Preferred.
Knowledgeable in computer hardware, software installation, maintenance, and basic network
troubleshooting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Basic understanding of network administration, web hosting services, and IT infrastructure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
Possession of a valid driver's license is an advantage but not required.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration.
Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, telephone systems, and structured cabling.
Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
