Long-Term Rental (LTR) Virtual Assistant

We are a growing property management company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Long-Term Rental (LTR) Virtual Assistant to support our leasing and property management operations. The ideal candidate has experience working with long-term rental properties, tenant communications, lease administration, and property management software.
Responsibilities
- Manage tenant communications via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Assist with leasing activities, including responding to inquiries and scheduling showings
- Process rental applications and conduct preliminary screening
- Prepare lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with vendors and tenants
- Maintain accurate tenant and property records
- Track rent payments and assist with delinquency follow-ups
- Support move-in and move-out processes
- Generate reports and assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Property Management Assistant, or Leasing Assistant
- Experience with long-term rental (LTR) properties
- Familiarity with property management software (AppFolio, Buildium, Propertyware, Rent Manager, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling tenant screening and lease administration
- Understanding of fair housing and rental regulations
- Experience working with U.S.-based property management companies
