Key Responsibilities



1 Business Relationship Management BRM Process Evaluation


Act as the strategic IT partner to local Logistics Customer Service Plant Operations and Supply Chain business stakeholders to evaluate scope and prioritize business demands


Lead the Demand Assessment DA process for multilayered physical distribution projects evaluating technical feasibility process flow mapping and commercial impact


Work in close collaboration with Business Build and Run teams to maintain a transparent optimized IT project pipeline and system change backlog


2 Supply Chain Logistics Transformation SAP 3PL Integration


Lead the endtoend technical setup testing and deployment of Project ParivartanLOrals major warehouse plant and Subcon physical network realignment across multiple geographical sites


Manage seamless technical integrations between SAP and 3PL Warehouse Management Systems WMS via LOrals middleware platform HIP hybrid integration paths replacing legacy setups


Govern warehouse transition support plant operational golives PDCDC external plant setups for hazardous materials and technical 3PL integrations


3 Vendor Governance Key User Orchestration Agile App Delivery


Coordinate external software vendors thirdparty system integrators 3PL and technology platforms ensuring delivery strictly adheres to agreed project metrics costs and Service Level Agreements SLAs


Organize drive and manage the execution of System Integration Testing SIT and User Acceptance Testing UAT with business key users preparing detailed cutover and rollback scripts


Drive the design testing and rollout of local internal applications eg Agilepoint applications access control systems and HR integrations like Ctrl Pay and MakeMyTrip setup


4 SAP Technical Acumen


Core SAP Modules Strong configuration and process logic knowledge within SAP SD Sales Distribution and MM Materials Management modules including Partner Functions Plant Setup Pricing Inventory Management and Stock Transfers Functional understanding of FICO touchpoints is highly valued


Modern Integration Architecture Practical knowledge of integration tools and interfaces including BAPIs IDocs LSMW BDCs and API integrations with 3PL and transport vendor platforms


WMS EDI Experience Experience with Warehouse Management systems both SAPnative and external 3PL packages and B2B messaging standards EDIFACT XML fieldmapping translation tools


Compliance Management Handson history of resolving localized Indian landscape compliance issues on SAP GST TCS TDS provisions Eway bill integrations

Participate in vendor evaluations and manage vendor delivery and SLA
