Aginsky Capital Group is hiring a Finance & Accounting Assistant to support our U.S.-based operations. This role goes beyond routine processing. We’re looking for someone who can own AR/AP workflows, maintain clean financial records, and provide reliable support that helps reduce day-to-day load on senior finance leadership.
This is a full-time, dedicated remote role requiring consistent availability during U.S. Pacific Time working hours. The position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Accounts Receivable
- Prepare and issue customer invoices in coordination with Operations
- Monitor AR aging and follow up on outstanding balances
- Apply customer payments accurately in QuickBooks Online
- Maintain clean, well-organized AR records
- Support monthly AR and sales reporting
Accounts Payable
- Review, verify, and process vendor bills
- Enter bills in QuickBooks Online and track payment schedules
- Support timely vendor payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with credit card and AP-related reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Able to work U.S. Pacific Time hours
- At least 3 years of AR/AP experience, preferably supporting U.S. companies
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Solid Excel skills and high attention to detail
- Familiarity with U.S. accounting practices (GAAP knowledge is a plus)
- Organized, reliable, and accountable
- Able to work independently while staying responsive and aligned with the team
