Job Description
- Responsible for shipping freight revenue thru solicitation, retention and growth. 2. Responsible for freight cycle booking to customer withdrawal or delivery of container 3. Give quotation to clients & make follow-up if rate given is competitive 4. Accomplish SAF (Shipper's Agreement Form) for customers asking for terms & submit to finance duly approved by 3 VPs. 5. Closely coordinate with CS, DAT, Operations, Finance & Landtrans to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Assist finance on A/R issue especially on overdue accounts handled 7. Acquire & develop new accounts at least 4 clients per month 8. Visit clients to maintain camaraderie to develop high level relationship and solicit bookings 9. Inform top management for market update, customer & competitors 10. Develops methods to improve employment policies, processes, and practices, and recommend changes to management. 11. To maintain a high customer service focus by approaching all job duties with both internal and external customers always in mind. 12. Handles accounts related to Chinese Market 13. To be motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and seizing opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge in order to improve personal performance. 14. To be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks requested in order to achieve goals and objectives without compromising cost of quality service. 15. To maintain high team focus by showing cooperation and support to colleagues in the pursuit of team goals. 16. To maintain strict confidentiality on all internal data or information integral to the success and continuity of the company. 17. Requirements
At least a college graduate of business-related course Willing to work 24/7 at least 3 years background in Sales has good interpersonal skills can communicate well
