Qualifications
- We are looking for candidates who meet one of the following:
- Experienced Track: At least 6 months of BPO experience.
- Entry-Level Track: Open to College Graduates/Freshers (for specific accounts).
- Skills: Strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email with precision.
- Troubleshoot issues to ensure first-contact resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of account products and procedures.
