Collaboration with various stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals is a key part of daily activities, along with utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication within and across teams to ensure alignment on project goals. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development React. - Strong understanding of front end development principles and best practices across multiple platforms. - Experience with integrating application programming interfaces to enhance functionality and interoperability. - Familiarity with low-code platforms to accelerate development and customization. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain system stability and performance. - Proficient in version control systems and release management processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development React. - This position is based at our Manila office.
