Job Summary:

The Financial Analyst is responsible for financial reporting, data analysis, and performance insights across healthcare-related datasets and multi-site operations. The role focuses on financial modeling, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and supporting data-driven decision-making to improve operational and financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Compile, clean, and analyze financial and patient-level datasets.

• Build and maintain financial models and analytical tools.

• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and standardized financial reports.

• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end variance analysis.

• Support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities.

• Partner with accounting and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

• Identify trends and provide insights to improve financial and operational performance.

• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests.

• Maintain alignment between financial systems and source data.

• Contribute to process improvement and reporting enhancements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, data analysis, or healthcare finance.

• Experience in Microsoft Office and Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, Power Query.

• Experience in financial modeling and variance analysis.

• Experience in healthcare finance is preferred.

• Preferably with experience in Prophix, NextGen, and ModMed.
