Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time Remote Recruiter to source, contact, qualify, and submit candidates for our U.S. clients.
This is a recruiting role focused on candidate generation. You will spend most of your time sourcing candidates, making outbound calls, conducting screening interviews, and building talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing
- Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Workable, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
- Build candidate pipelines for multiple open positions.
- Continuously identify new talent for difficult-to-fill roles.
Candidate Outreach
- Make outbound phone calls to prospective candidates.
- Contact candidates by email and text message.
- Follow up consistently throughout the recruiting process.
Candidate Qualification
Conduct Initial Screening Interviews To Evaluate

Recruiting Administration
- Maintain accurate candidate records.
- Update candidate activity within our recruiting platform.
- Prepare candidate summaries and recruiting notes.
- Coordinate with Account Managers throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, or similar ATS platforms.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office.
