We're hiring a
Recruiter to join a growing company in the
childcare and nanny placement industry. As the company continues to expand, they're looking for someone who can support high-volume recruitment while assisting with administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for a highly organized, proactive recruiter who thrives in a collaborative remote environment and enjoys taking ownership of their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for occasional and placement nanny positions.
- Post job openings and source qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct virtual interviews via Google Meet.
- Review candidate applications and ensure all required documentation is complete.
- Conduct reference checks and verify candidate credentials.
- Prepare nanny profiles and onboard successful hires into company systems.
- Coordinate orientations, meetings, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain recruitment records, templates, and documentation.
- Support recruitment through social media engagement.
- Manage recruitment schedules using Google Calendar.

Rate: $6/hour
