  • Complies to cGMP standards at all times.
  • Checks completeness or availability and quality of materials required for Production, request for them if necessary and reports to Team Leader any perceived problem/abnormality.
  • Records critical process control data in the processing of sections products and sees to it that all specifications are complied with.
  • Makes sure that all standard operating procedures are followed.
  • Ensures that the correct code and label are used in the product.
  • Ensures that all equipment are properly turned off at the end of the shift.
  • Maintains cleanliness on the area at the end of the shift
  • Proven experience as a cook
  • Experience in using cutting tools, bakeware and cookware
  • Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
  • Basic Mathematical Skills
  • Flexible and can work on shifting schedule
  • Willing to work for long hours especially during peak season
  • Self-motivated and has the ability to identify and complete needed task without direct supervision
  • Physically fit
