Checks completeness or availability and quality of materials required for Production, request for them if necessary and reports to Team Leader any perceived problem/abnormality.
Records critical process control data in the processing of sections products and sees to it that all specifications are complied with.
Makes sure that all standard operating procedures are followed.
Ensures that the correct code and label are used in the product.
Ensures that all equipment are properly turned off at the end of the shift.
Maintains cleanliness on the area at the end of the shift
Proven experience as a cook
Experience in using cutting tools, bakeware and cookware
Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
Basic Mathematical Skills
Flexible and can work on shifting schedule
Willing to work for long hours especially during peak season
Self-motivated and has the ability to identify and complete needed task without direct supervision
