Job Description – Technical Project Manager
Experience: 6–8 Years
Location: Mumbai
Billing Details – Same as test automation lead
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery across multiple
workstreams.
Work closely with engineering, QA, product, and business teams to ensure timely
execution of deliverables.
Drive sprint planning, task tracking, prioritization, and status reporting using JIRA.
Prepare and maintain project trackers, dashboards, reports, and execution plans using
Microsoft Excel.
Identify delivery risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively and drive resolution in
coordination with relevant teams.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, status meetings, and project
governance calls.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope,
timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Understand and interpret system architecture, application flows, and technical
design discussions to support effective planning and execution.
Collaborate with technical teams to understand implementation challenges and
translate them into project actions and timelines.
Monitor project health, team velocity, delivery milestones, and execution quality.
Ensure documentation of action items, meeting notes, timelines, and key project
decisions.
Support release planning, deployment coordination, and cross-team execution
tracking where required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6–8 years of overall experience, with relevant experience in technical project
management / program management / delivery management.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, Agile / Scrum
practices, and delivery tracking.
Good hands-on understanding of JIRA for sprint planning, backlog management,
issue tracking, and reporting.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for trackers, dashboards, reporting,
and project planning.
Good understanding of Java and Java-based application development environments.
Good understanding of system architecture, application components, workflows,
APIs, and technical dependencies.
Strong ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA,
DevOps, and product teams.
Ability to understand technical discussions and convert them into actionable project
plans.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
