About The Role
We are seeking experienced Senior Technical Project Managers with over 8 years of expertise to oversee and drive enterprise technology initiatives within our organization. This pivotal role involves leading large-scale projects across domains such as ERP, Salesforce, and Infrastructure & Data Center / Site Build Projects. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions that align with strategic business objectives. This role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to handle multiple priorities, and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies. The Senior Technical Project Manager will serve as a critical link between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and executive leadership to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in technical project management, particularly within enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in managing large-scale IT projects, including ERP, Salesforce, or infrastructure deployments.
- Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging with executive leadership.
- Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies effectively.
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams and coordinating offshore/onshore resources.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initial planning through to successful implementation and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, milestones, resource requirements, and timelines.
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; manage RAID logs and change requests.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architecture, infrastructure, security, QA, and application development.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and steering committee meetings to facilitate communication and progress tracking.
- Provide regular status reports to senior management and ensure project documentation is comprehensive and up to date.
- Ensure operational readiness by coordinating testing, training, and deployment activities.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party deliverables to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
