Here’s the difference you’ll make

You’ll lead and optimize transport operations to ensure timely , cost-efficient, and profitable cargo movement. By planning priorities, streamlining processes, and working closely with transport partners and internal teams, you’ll help overcome operational roadblocks, improve service performance, and support 2GO Logistics’ strategic and financial targets.

What you’ll do (your mission)

Transport Operations & Planning

  • Plan, organize, and manage daily transport activities to meet delivery timelines and service commitments.
  • Ensure profitability and efficient management of transport operations.
  • Identify , recommend, and implement transport procedures that minimize lead time and optimize cost.
  • Review and improve delivery routing, resource utilization , and equipment planning.

Cost Control & Performance Management

  • Analyze transport inefficiencies and initiate corrective actions to meet financial and operational objectives .
  • Lead and implement cost-saving initiatives and operating cost reduction programs.
  • Review On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance and collaborate with internal business units to address performance gaps.
  • Provide timely and accurate operational data and insights to management to support business planning.

Stakeholder & Partner Management

  • Conduct regular business reviews and coordination with transport partners.
  • Handle and resolve client complaints related to transport operations.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Compliance, Documentation & Team Leadership

  • Review and approve transport billings, invoices, and related operational documents.
  • Ensure proper documentation of transport processes and improvements.
  • Enable employee development and encourage active participation in process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate leader.

You’ll thrive in this role if you.

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management , Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in logistics and transport operations.
  • Possess strong people management and leadership skills.
  • Have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Are proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Have hands-on experience with system applications and Transport Management Systems (TMS).
  • Can work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
