Role and Responsibilities
- Supervise daily transportation operations including route planning, dispatch, and delivery execution.
- Ensure on-time delivery performance and fleet utilization efficiency.
- Coordinate with warehouse, DC and logistics partners to ensure smooth transport flow.
- Monitor driver performance, compliance, and safety standards.
- Manage transportation issues, delays, and real-time operational problem solving.
- Track transport KPIs and implement improvements to enhance service reliability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in transport or logistics operations.
- Experience in fleet coordination, dispatch, or route planning.
- Strong understanding of transportation KPI’s and compliance standards.
- Good leadership and operational problem-solving skills.
