Job Summary
Reporting to the Order Management Supervisor, the Order Management Administrator will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer orders in compliance with company policies, processes, and SOX regulations. This role serves as a key point of contact and collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Credit, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and Contracts Management.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Review and validate sales quotes, and process sales orders for direct and channel partner customers across Avid’s portfolio of video and audio products, services, and support offerings.
- Collaborate with Credit, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve order-related issues such as pricing, shipping, invoicing, and material availability
- Manage invoicing exceptions, including credit and debit transactions associated with customer accounts
- Ensure all orders comply with established order management procedures, company policies, and SOX compliance requirements
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to support timely order fulfillment and billing
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in order management, accounting, finance, or sales operations
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience with or proficiency in Salesforce is preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to evolving processes and business needs
- Global cultural awareness
- Willingness to work Americas business hours to support cross‑regional stakeholders and operations.
- Flexibility to render extended hours during peak periods, including the weeks leading up to quarter‑end close, as business needs require
