Formulate and execute effective strategic sales generating activities for Property Specialists
Recruit, screen and train own team of Property Specialists
Ensure that sales targets are achieved
Organize and conduct regular meetings and attend scheduled events and booth manning
Monitor the day-to-day sales activities of Property Specialists and assist in clients tripping, and other related business trips
Has at least two (2) years worth of sales managerial experience in the real estate industry developing project-client-focused sellers and action-biased sales professionals
Has experience in recruiting his/her own Property Specialists and leading them
Has outstanding leadership, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, problem-solving and decision-making skills with in-depth knowledge on marketing and sales techniques as well as best practices
Has a well-developed sense of drive and is self-motivated
