Collaborate with the branch in the targeted area to collect the sales data and analyze it, and conduct the report and present it to Top Management
Identify the way to maintain the sales revenue in the targeted area and create a plan to enhance the sales performance
Analyzing the market in the area to identify potential areas to open new opportunities. Also, review the performance of all branches in the area to set the sales direction
Visit the branch in the targeted area to understand any issues and propose a way to solve them issues
Develop a strong relationship with the key person within the Area
Provide any support to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance
Conduct performance management and feedback to ensure professional and timely review of set objectives with each member of the team
Provide ongoing coaching to all direct reports within the Area and ensure they are properly equipped, trained, and motivated to achieve their objectives

Qualifications
With 15 years of experience in Sales
With experience in handling manpower
Can work 6 days a week and is willing to take business trips
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
