The Career Support Lead is responsible for overseeing hiring operations and guiding a team to ensure efficient recruitment delivery. This role focuses on performance management, workflow optimization, and ensuring service quality across all recruitment activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team handling recruitment and candidate support activities
Monitor and ensure achievement of KPIs and performance targets
Oversee daily workflow and ensure smooth hiring operations
Handle escalations from candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders
Coach and support team members to improve performance and efficiency
Coordinate with leadership to improve recruitment processes and outcomes
At least 3+ years of BPO experience
Minimum 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong people management and coaching skills
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage performance, workflows, and escalations in a fast-paced environment
