Job Overview

The Career Support Lead is responsible for overseeing hiring operations and guiding a team to ensure efficient recruitment delivery. This role focuses on performance management, workflow optimization, and ensuring service quality across all recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team handling recruitment and candidate support activities

  • Monitor and ensure achievement of KPIs and performance targets

  • Oversee daily workflow and ensure smooth hiring operations

  • Handle escalations from candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders

  • Coach and support team members to improve performance and efficiency

  • Coordinate with leadership to improve recruitment processes and outcomes

Requirements
  • At least 3+ years of BPO experience

  • Minimum 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role

  • Strong people management and coaching skills

  • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities

  • Ability to manage performance, workflows, and escalations in a fast-paced environment
